Davis Graham & Stubbs LLP is seeking a highly qualified energy/oil & gas M&A associate who has no less than three years of experience to join our sophisticated and vibrant energy M&A practice. Candidates should possess deep experience in transactional matters (both upstream and midstream) for energy companies. Large law firm experience is strongly preferred. Candidates must have excellent academic credentials and strong written and oral communication skills. Applicants should be entrepreneurial, team-oriented, and highly motivated to help us grow our practice and serve our clients. Candidates must have a J.D. from an accredited law school.
