Description:
The DC office of A Pre-Eminent Law Firm seeks finance focused attorneys who have experience in the following areas:- US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects
- Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects
- Construction to back-leverage financing; experience with other financing structures involving tax equity/tax credits, particularly on the tax equity/investor side, is a plus
Qualifications:
Stellar academic credentials and major law firm experience required. Preferred class years 2018-2021. Submissions must include a resume and law school transcript(s).
