A Us Based Law Firm is seeking an attorney with a minimum of 8 years of employment litigation experience. This position is a full-time, work-from-home position that will be handling EPLI cases exclusively. The ideal candidate should also have excellent written and oral communication skills. This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally recognized team working with outstanding clients. The candidate must be licensed to practice law in their state of residence.

Pursuant to California, Colorado, and Minnesota regulations, the salary range for this position is $150,000 to $240,000 annually and includes eligibility for performance-based bonuses. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
