The Global Commercial Disputes Practice of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking a junior to mid-level litigation associate to join our Philadelphia, PA office. Candidates should have 1-3 years of law firm experience, with a background in commercial litigation, business disputes, and/or product liability and mass torts. Relevant experience can include handling matters involving breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty and other business torts, fraud, unfair and deceptive trade practices, consumer protection, and product liability claims.Job Requirements:
- Must be a current member of the Pennsylvania bar in good standing or be willing to take the Pennsylvania bar at the first available opportunity
- Must have outstanding academic credentials
- Must have 1-3 years of law firm experience in complex commercial litigation
- Prior clerkship experience is a plus but is not required

$235,000 - $260,000. This represents the presently-anticipated low and high end of Reed Smith's pay range for this position. Actual pay may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
