We're seeking an attorney with at least 2 years of experience in litigation — bonus for employment litigation - someone who can take ownership of cases, work independently but collaboratively, and is eager to grow with the firm. Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of employment law matters
- Draft complaints, discovery, meet and confer letters, and law and motion
- Handle depositions, mediations, and court appearances
- Communicate directly with clients and opposing counsel
- Collaborate with our team on case strategy, development, and trial prep
- Contribute to a culture of hustle, precision, and strong results
Qualifications:
- Active California bar license in good standing
- 2+ years of litigation experience (employment law preferred, but open to strong litigators from other practice areas)
- Strong legal writing, case management, and communication skills
- Comfortable with deadlines, moving cases forward, and working in a fast-paced environment
- Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and team-oriented
- Filevine experience a plus, but not required
