Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Employment Litigation Practice Group in our Kansas City office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of experience in employment litigation. The position will involve a mix of traditional employment litigation and restrictive covenant matters, as well as significant work for healthcare clients. Prior experience handling employment matters in the healthcare industry, restrictive covenant litigation, or transactional restrictive covenant matters would be a plus, but is not required. Candidates should be comfortable managing sophisticated litigation matters and working collaboratively with attorneys across offices.
