Polsinelli is seeking a mid-level associate to join our Financial Services Litigation group. This position is open to any of our firm's locations with a preference for our Dallas Office. Interested candidates should have excellent academic credentials, experience in a law firm or similar environment, and superior writing, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will possess 3+ years of financial services litigation experience. Interested candidates must possess a high level of academic achievement, solid law firm or clerking experience and superb problem-solving, writing and communication skills. Experience taking and defending depositions and courtroom experience is a plus. Candidates should be motivated self-starters with demonstrated interest and litigation experience involving commercial real estate, loan enforcement or financial services litigation.
