Sparrow Law Group LLP is a dynamic plaintiff-side employment and civil rights litigation firm seeking an experienced Litigation Attorney to join our team in Beverly Hills.Our firm handles high-stakes matters involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. We are looking for a motivated attorney who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and wants to play a meaningful role in building a modern, trial-focused law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal correspondence
- Conduct and defend depositions
- Appear at hearings, mediations, and court conferences
- Handle meet and confer efforts and discovery strategy
- Work closely with clients throughout all stages of litigation
- Assist with trial preparation and case strategy
Qualifications:
- Employment litigation experience strongly preferred
- 3+ years litigation experience
- Strong legal writing and oral advocacy skills
- Experience taking and defending depositions
- Ability to independently manage deadlines and caseloads
- California Bar license in good standing
