A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters is looking for a driven partner-track Associate or Managing Associate with 3 to 5+ years of experience to join its dynamic Employment Group in any of its California offices (Los Angeles, Orange County, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Sacramento), with a preference for Northern California locations. Responsibilities would include working on pre-litigation matters, high profile single plaintiff employment cases, systemic discrimination and wage and hour class actions, Private Attorney General Act (PAGA) representative actions, responding to administrative charges, counseling clients on a wide variety of employment issues, and taking an active role in handling cutting edge legal matters. The ideal candidate should be highly motivated, creative, practical, and have outstanding interpersonal skills, exceptional writing skills, and the ability to work independently as well as in a team. Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have 3-5+ years of Employment Law experience, strong academic credentials, exceptional verbal, written, interpersonal skills and a member of the California State Bar.
