Role Description
We are seeking an Employment Litigation Attorney to join our Beverly Hills office. The ideal candidate has experience representing plaintiffs in employment law matters and is comfortable managing cases from intake through resolution. This position offers significant courtroom exposure, meaningful client contact, and the opportunity to work closely with experienced partners. This is a full-time position based in our Beverly Hills office.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle all phases of employment litigation under partner supervision
Draft pleadings, discovery requests, and motions
Conduct and defend depositions
Appear in court and at mediations or arbitrations
Communicate effectively with clients and opposing counsel
Develop and execute case strategies to achieve favorable outcomes

Qualifications:

Active California Bar license (required)
Minimum 1 year of employment litigation experience
Familiarity with wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation, and wage and hour laws
Strong legal writing and analytical skills
Excellent verbal communication
Ability to work collaboratively in a supportive team environment
Must be willing and able to work in person at the Beverly Hills office (no hybrid or remote options)
