Top Plaintiff Employment Law firm seeking a skilled and experienced plaintiff employment lawyer to join our team. You will be responsible for handling a variety of employment-related cases, from initial consultation to trial or settlement. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, and provide them with effective legal representation and advocacy.
Responsibilities Includes but not Limited to:
- Conduct legal research and analysis on relevant employment laws and precedents.
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, MSJ oppositons, briefs, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate with opposing counsel or parties to achieve favorable outcomes for our clients.
- Represent our clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, mediations, or other proceedings.
- Communicate with our clients regularly and keep them informed of the status and progress of their cases.
- Maintain high ethical standards and professionalism in all aspects of your work.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- License to practice law in the state of California.
- At least 3 years of experience as a plaintiff employment lawyer or similar role.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for protecting the rights and interests of workers.
