While our Am Law 200 and Chambers ranked firm employs more than 1,000 people, we operate as one tight-knit and highly collaborative team.Goldberg Segalla seeks a Law Clerk with a demonstrated interest in management side Employment & Labor law. The Law Clerk will primarily work with our Employment & Labor attorneys. Work includes, but is not limited to, analyzing complex workplace issues, drafting of pleadings and discovery, reviewing case and court docket information, legal research and caselaw focused on state and federal labor and employment laws. Applicants will be currently working towards a J.D., the ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, strong attention to detail, ability to multi-task, and good communication skills. Candidates must be local to the Buffalo area.
The hourly rate for this role ranges from $23.00 to $25.00, with actual compensation determined based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. This is a part-time position during the academic year, beginning in January or February 2027, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role during the summer.
