During the Summer Program, the firm providesyou with many opportunities to gain substantive experiences and practicalknow-how, in addition to meeting our lawyers and gaining a better understandingof our firm's capabilities and culture.
We are currently accepting 2L applications for the Summer of 2028 in our U.S. locations (Austin, Dallas, Houston, New York, Palo Alto, San Francisco, and Washington, D.C.). Candidates who receive and accept an offer to join the 2028 2L Summer Associate Program will also receive an offer to participate in our 2027 1L Summer Program and will be eligible for a bonus.
Interested candidates may submit their application materials through our online portal. Application materials include:
- Cover Letter
- Resume
- Official Undergraduate Transcript - (an unofficial transcript may be submitted until an official transcript can be provided)
- Official Law School Transcript (an unofficial transcript may be submitted now and updated once first semester grades are released)
Applications arereviewed on a rolling basis** and interview timing will vary by office. Offerswill be extended following the release of first semester grades.
