Job Description:Sidley Austin seeks an employment and labor associate with at least two years of litigation and/or transactional experience. California offices (Los Angeles, Palo Alto, San Diego) preferred but exceptional candidates for other offices are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate would have knowledge of California law and be able to advise clients, as well as experience litigating employment matters including class/representative actions and single plaintiff cases. Excellent writing skills and the ability to work as a team player are essential.
Salaries vary by location and are based on numerous factors, including, but not limited to, the relevant market, skills, experience, and education of the selected candidate. $260,000 - $390,000
