Description:
Candidate should have 3-7 years (classes 2019-2023) of experience, including with transactional matters, client advising, M&A-related diligence, drafting employment, separation, restrictive covenant, and other employment-related agreements; and labor & employment litigation and advising. The annual base salary ranges from $260,000 to $420,000.
