This Resource Attorney will be a member of the Corporate group and will work closely with partners and leadership in the Emerging Growth & Venture Capital (EGVC) practice. This role supports the practice's corporate resource strategy and initiatives by developing and maintaining core practice assets, improving workflows, and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency, collaboration, and client service. This position can sit in any of our U.S. offices and is eligible for remote work.
Responsibilities:
- Develops, implements, and regularly updates the EGVC practice's corporate resource plan in partnership with practice leadership, aligned with the practice's strategic, business, and legal needs
- Curates, creates, maintains, and distributes precedent collections, forms, checklists, playbooks, and other substantive practice content
- Identifies, summarizes, and communicates relevant legal, market, and industry developments in a timely manner
- Captures and analyzes market trends, experience data, and key metrics, including through optimization of the firm's experience database
- Enhances collaboration and information‑sharing across attorneys and offices through practical communications tools and content platforms
- Evaluates and improves workflows and matter management processes, including through process mapping and technology‑enabled solutions
- Drives efficiency through the effective use of technology, including AI‑enabled tools, document automation, and data analytics
- Designs and delivers internal and client‑facing training programs for the EGVC practice
- Coordinates and oversees targeted contributions from attorneys within the practice
- Drafts client alerts, practice updates, and other thought leadership related to EGVC developments
- Collaborates closely with Innovation & IT, Professional Development, Business Development & Marketing, and international corporate and knowledge teams
- Serves as an ambassador for the Corporate Department by promoting tools and resources, increasing engagement, and fostering a culture of collaboration and knowledge‑sharing
- Participates in Corporate Department and practice meetings to share best practices and align initiatives
- Performs other duties as reasonably requested, including occasional travel and working beyond standard hours as needed
Desired Skills & Experience:
- Prior experience practicing as a Corporate attorney in a law firm, ideally with Emerging Growth, Venture Capital, or related transactional experience
- Deep understanding of attorney workflows and resource needs in a corporate practice
- Advanced legal drafting, research, and content development skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Demonstrated project management skills and the ability to analyze, improve, and implement processes efficiently
- Strong interest in practice support, technology, innovation, and change management
- Familiarity with legal technologies, including document automation, AI‑based tools, and data analytics, is a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Minimum Qualifications:
- J.D.
- Admission to practice in the state in which you are officed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in a law firm

Physical Demands:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally and all other sedentary criteria are met.

Pay Transparency
The firm's expected hiring range for this position is $150,000 - $200,000 per year depending on the candidate's geographic market location. The compensation offered for employment will also be dependent on other factors including the candidate's experience, skills, educational and professional background, and overall qualifications. We offer a comprehensive package of benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, and 401(k).
