We are seeking a full-time Employment Litigation Attorney to join our team in a fully remote role.

How You'll Make an Impact
- Be a Key Member of Our Legal Team, Responsible for Attending Mediations and Court Matters (remotely). You Will Be Involved in All Aspects of Employment-Related Litigation Matters, Including Preparing Complaints, Drafting and Responding to Motions, Performing Legal Research, Handling Discovery-Related Activities and Depositions.
- Provide Comprehensive Litigation Support to The Firm to Ensure Effective Representation.
- Be Directly Engaged in Developing and Driving Our Strategy to Promote Compliance with The Laws and Regulations in The Jurisdiction in Which We Operate, While Maintaining a Culture of Ethics and Integrity.
- Keep Abreast of Developments in Federal, State, and Local Laws and Regulations that Impact Our Legal Matters. Understand, Interpret, and Facilitate Compliance with Applicable Laws and Agreements Related to Us.
Who We Are Looking For:
- You Have a Juris Doctorate with At Least 3+ Years of Litigation Experience (employment Law Preferred)
- You Are a Member, in Good Standing, of The Connecticut Bar.
- You Are Passionate About Employees' Rights and Have a Genuine Interest in Employment Litigation and A Strong Commitment to Advocating for Employees' Rights.
- You're Knowledgeable of Civil Rights Laws Such as Title Vii of The Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, and State and Local Employment Laws.
- You Are Results-Oriented, but Also Thrive by Being a Team Player.
- You Take Pride in Producing High-Quality, Accurate Written Work with Care and Precision.
- You Are Fully Committed to This Role as Your Primary Professional Responsibility. While the Position Is Fully Remote, Candidates Must Be Available During Core Business Hours for Court Matters, Mediations, Client Communications, and Team Collaboration.
