Description:
Your next position should offer more than a new caseload. It should give you a future worth building.

Spitz, The Employee's Law Firm, is hiring an employment litigation attorney for our Columbus office. We offer a partnership track, a generous bonus structure, and the opportunity to build a long-term career representing employees. We are looking for an attorney who wants to take ownership of cases, develop as a litigator, and grow into a leadership role.

The clients we serve come to us after facing discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and other workplace violations. They need someone who will listen carefully, recognize what matters, and advocate persuasively. At Spitz, you will do work that directly affects people's livelihoods and futures.

Strong writing, sound judgment, and a willingness to learn matter here. So do preparation, initiative, and the ability to work well with others. Whether your background is in employment law or another area of litigation, we want to hear how your experience can contribute to our team.
