Minimum Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in business litigation.
- Ability to review and analyze a myriad of legal issues.
- Exceptional research and writing skills.
- Draft complaints, manage discovery, and conduct depositions.
- Experience using AI legal tools Westlaw CoCounsel and CoPilot is preferred.
- Experience in E-discovery software Relativity or RelativityOne is a plus.
- Strong work ethic and desire for professional development.
- Ability to work well independently under deadlines in a changing environment and perform multiple tasks effectively and concurrently while using sound judgment in decision-making.
- Ability to manage relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Member of the Ohio Bar in good standing
- Compensation range is $140,000 - $150,000 for 5 years of experience and increases depending upon experience level.
