An American Multinational Law Firm's Washington, DC office is seeking an associate to join its
transactional Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years of experience working on
executive compensation and employee benefits matters in the context of
M&A deals (particularly private equity), as well as in executive
compensation more generally. Candidates should also have experience with
the administration of private company equity plans.
