King & Spalding seeks a mid- to senior-level associate with 3-7+ years of experience for its construction transactions group in the Houston office (Dallas or Atlanta will also be considered). Experience in construction law is required, and prior engineering experience is preferred. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials.
