King & Spalding seeks a mid- to senior-level associate with 3-7+ years of experience for its construction transactions group in the Houston office (Dallas or Atlanta will also be considered). Experience in construction law is required, and prior engineering experience is preferred. Qualified candidates will have superior academic credentials. The work will involve the drafting and negotiation of construction-related contracts for large-scale energy, mining, and infrastructure projects located around the world, with each project generally ranging in value from $500 million to over $20 billion.
