Description:Bricker Graydon Wyatt is currently seeking an experienced attorney to support its strong and successful Economic Development Finance team in the Dayton, OH office. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years' transactional experience in real estate and economic development transactions as well as public entity representation working with public procurement and government contracts. Knowledge of commercial finance, public finance, economic development finance, construction and Public-Private Partnerships (P3), a plus.
Candidates should also possess excellent academic credentials, high ethical standards, strong writing, analytical and communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively. Must possess strong project management skills and be able to work with multiple attorneys on a variety of assignments.
Bricker Graydon Wyatt is proud to offer a competitive total rewards package. The anticipated pay range for this role is $185,000–$210,000. The actual salary for this position will be determined based on several job-related factors, including background, experience and education, consistent with applicable law.
