Taft is seeking a team-oriented associate to join its Transportation practice.Taft is seeking an associate with at least two years of experience in Transportation in Cincinnati, Cleveland, Chicago, Columbus, Indianapolis, Minneapolis, or Denver. The ideal candidate will have top academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, business acumen, and significant experience with transportation contracts, freight loss and damage claims, insurance, employment and labor relations, warehousing, equipment leasing, and undercharge claim litigation and regulatory compliance, including U.S. Department of Transportation and state safety standards.
