We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Immigration Law Attorney with a specialization in EB1A petitions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the EB1A visa category, known for individuals with extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business, or athletics. This position requires a strategic thinker who is adept at preparing and managing complex cases, as well as providing expert guidance to clients throughout the immigration process.* If you do not have experience with EB1A Petition cases please do not apply***
Key Responsibilities:
- Case Management: Handle a diverse caseload of EB1A petitions, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and filing of applications.
- Client Consultation: Conduct detailed consultations with clients to assess eligibility, gather necessary documentation, and develop case strategies.
- Legal Research: Stay updated on the latest developments in immigration law, particularly concerning EB1A petitions, and apply this knowledge to enhance case outcomes.
- Documentation and Evidence: Compile, review, and analyze evidence supporting clients' extraordinary ability claims, ensuring compliance with USCIS requirements.
- Communication: Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, providing updates and addressing any concerns throughout the process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with paralegals and administrative staff to ensure efficient case processing and management.
- Advocacy: Represent clients in any necessary proceedings, including appeals or requests for evidence (RFEs).
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. state (specify if a particular state is required).
