Position Overview:Seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to manage cases independently while collaborating with partners and staff on litigation and transactional matters.
Responsibilities:
- Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and depositions
- Draft/review contracts and corporate documents
- Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda
- Communicate with clients, counsel, and courts
- Assist with case strategy, negotiations, and trial preparation
Qualifications:
- Active California State Bar member
- 1–7 years civil litigation or related experience
- Strong research, writing, and organizational skills
