We are seeking a Document Review Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience U.S. offices to be located in one of our U.S. offices (Houston, Austin, Dallas, Washington DC, New York, Palo Alto or San Francisco).The Document Review Lawyer will be a member of the firm's Technology Innovation & Practice Solutions Department (TIPS) and will work on matters spanning the firm's various disputes practice groups including general litigation, commercial litigation, securities litigation, antitrust disputes, intellectual property litigation, among others. The Document Review Lawyer should have experience in and be able to participate in all levels of the document review process, including but not limited to the first level review for responsiveness and privilege, second level review, redaction review and privilege review. The Document Review Lawyer will also be responsible for assisting case teams with preparing privilege logs, case factual development and identification of key documents to be used with witnesses in interviews, depositions, and other proceedings. The ideal candidate will have extensive familiarity with Relativity and other litigation review platforms, an aptitude for learning new subject areas on an expedited basis and effective interpersonal and communication skills. Expected salary is $70 - $75 per hour and will be determined based on experience.
