Job Description:The Litigation & Regulatory Enforcement team is seeking a motivated Litigation Associate to join its dynamic legal team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience with complex litigation matters, strong research and writing skills, and a commitment to client service. Responsibilities include drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings. Excellent communication skills are required. Judicial clerkship experience is preferred but not required.
The salary for this position in the class of 2020-2022 is $260,000 - $365,000, although the actual salary could be lower or higher if the candidate's skills and experience level are different from those specified above.
