Small, Boutique Law Office Limited to Disability Law Seeks an Attorney Who Wants to Make a Difference in The Lives of Society's Most Vulnerable Population. We Take on The Social Security Administration to Fight for Disability Benefits for Those Who Find Themselves Unable to Work Due to Their Medical Conditions.

The Ideal Candidate Will Be Licensed in Kentucky or Indiana, with 2 Years or Less of Experience, and Able to Work in A Small, Hard-Working Office Environment. Medical Knowledge Is Helpful, but Not Necessary. Must Be Comfortable Using Microsoft Office, Adobe, Case Management Software, Basic Office Computer and Technology, and Communicating in All Formats (written, Telephone, Text, Email, and Video). This Is Mostly Administrative Law, with Limited Litigation. the Ability to Adapt to The Client's Level of Functioning Is Critical.

Job Duties Include Extensive Client Contacts, Completing Forms, Drafting Documents, Reviewing Medical Records, Preparing for And Attending 2-4 Disability Hearings per Week, and General Office Tasks as Needed. Initially, This Would Be a Part-Time Position, Averaging 20-25 Hours per Week. the Position Will Grow as The Duties Expand.
