We are seeking a mid-level to senior associate with four to seven years of digital asset regulatory and/or transactional experience to join our top tier, thriving Willkie Digital Works Group. The ideal candidate will have experience at a peer firm or in-house with digital asset-related transactions, stablecoin/token issuances, product counseling, and state and federal regulatory issues, with a particular focus on experience in Commodity Futures Trading Commission or Securities and Exchange Commission matters.
