Lowenstein Sandler's Investment Management team is seeking an attorney to join our Derivatives & Structured Products practice in our New York office. Candidates should have at least two years of experience drafting and negotiating various trading and market-related agreements, including ISDA Master Agreements, Merchant Cash Advances, Prime Brokerage and Repurchase agreements. Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients is essential. Demonstrated familiarity or experience drafting and negotiating ISDA Master Agreements is required. The range provided is the salary that Lowenstein Sandler in good faith believes at the time of this posting that it is willing to pay for the advertised position. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
