Seeking a junior or midlevel associate with two to five years of experience handling privacy and cybersecurity matters to join our existing offices, preferably in Boston or Washington, DC with Chamber-ranked partner(s). The successful applicant must have experience with compliance with state and federal privacy and cybersecurity laws and demonstrated project management and client service skills. Prior experience with incident response and cybersecurity preparedness and regulatory investigations relating to privacy and cybersecurity issues is a plus. Large law firm experience, superior academic credentials, excellent writing, organization and analytical skills are preferred.
