We are seeking a passionate and experienced associate (3-5 years) to make a significant impact on A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters's fast-growing and internationally recognized cybersecurity and incident response practice.

Our cybersecurity / incident response practice provides clients with strategic legal advice for responding to data breaches, including some of the largest in history. We are members of A Law Firm Advises on Transactions, Litigation and Regulatory Matters's Cyber, Privacy and Data Innovation team, and we work collaboratively with practices across the firm, as well as various teams within clients, to tackle challenges in incident response, including forensic investigations, communication strategies, and regulatory / litigation risk mitigation. We also use this experience to provide clients with practical solutions to help mitigate risk in their cybersecurity and incident preparedness programs. We support clients of all sizes across the firm's industry verticals of technology, finance, and energy.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal part in advising and representing clients on all aspects of cybersecurity and incident response matters. As a trusted legal advisor, you will help our clients navigate the complex and ever-evolving landscape of cyber threats and data protection regulations.

Job Requirements:
The ideal candidate should be a highly motivated, dynamic, and creative individual with outstanding interpersonal skills, and above all a team player. The candidate must possess strong academic credentials, excellent legal research and superb writing and oral communications skills. This position offers the candidate the opportunity to assume significant responsibility, work directly with clients and be an integral member of a vibrant team. Membership to the State Bar of the desired office location is strongly preferred.

Experience in cybersecurity and incident response is required.

Successful candidates can be based in any U.S. office.
