Description:

Private criminal and traffic defense firm seeking an associate attorney to handle a caseload of traffic, DUI, criminal misdemeanor, and felony cases.

Responsibilities:

prepare for criminal and traffic cases by reviewing evidence and speaking with clients
execute criminal and traffic cases, including bond hearings, all over the Hampton Roads area
engage in proactive client management from beginning to end of case

Qualifications:

licensed by Virginia Bar
at least one year of experience as a trial attorney is not required, but is strongly preferred
valid driver's license and reliable means of transportation to travel to various courts in the Hampton Roads area
