The criminal defense firm of Lister, Holt and Dennis, LLC is accepting
resumes for the position of Staff Attorney. Please note that due to the
shift of many court appearances to online, this is a flex position with
attorneys working remotely when practical. The successful
lawyer-candidate will represent indigent clients charged with
misdemeanor criminal offenses. This lawyer will manage all aspects of
their cases, including: arraignments, motions and trials. This is an
excellent opportunity to quickly learn and gain trial experience from a
knowledgeable and dedicated team. Salary is commensurate with

the firm's Jonesboro / McDonough offices. Applicants must be a member in
good standing with the State Bar of Georgia.
