Description:

Immediate opportunity for an litigator with exceptional advocacy skills looking for first chair experience handling diversified business matters, including contract disputes, violation of restrictive covenants, employment/ labor conflicts, construction issues and employment discrimination. Position offers challenge, growth and equity potential, and the ability to work remotely.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Independently manage a litigation caseload, working cases from intake to conclusion
  • Communicate with clients in employment, labor, contract, construction and domestic disputes
  • Work closely with an experienced paralegal and the senior partner
  • Handle court appearances, depositions, arbitrations and mediations
  • Opportunity to handle transactional matters, if desired

Qualifications:
  • Possess an excellent work ethic
  • Proficiency with managing cases from start to finish
  • Analytical ability researching regulatory and procedural issues
  • Minimum 7 years of litigation experience, with preference for first chair
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Solid academic and employment credentials
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a team approach, and
  • Admitted to practice in Georgia
