Responsibilities:

Represent clients in criminal defense cases, ensuring their rights and interests are protected at every stage.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to build strong, evidence-based defense strategies.
Collaborate with our team to prepare and present compelling arguments in court, aiming for the best possible outcomes.
Communicate effectively with clients, keeping them informed and involved in their case progress and decisions.
Negotiate with prosecutors to secure favorable plea deals or dismissals when appropriate.
Draft and file legal documents, motions, and appeals with precision and attention to detail.
