Responsibilities:

Experienced all stages of proceeding from Preliminary hearing to trial.
Represent clients in court or before government agencies in various legal matters.
Advise clients on their rights and obligations under the law.

Requirements:

5 years of experience
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
Admission to the state bar association.
Proven experience in Criminal law.
Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record of successful outcomes.
Excellent writing skills for drafting clear and concise legal documents.
Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues.
