Glantzlaw is looking for a seasoned Criminal Defense Attorney—or a former Prosecutor—to join a team that treats every client like they matter, because they do. You'll bring at least eight years of hands-on criminal case experience to a firm that serves a large, diverse client base. Have federal criminal case experience? Even better. That's a real plus in our book.

We're not looking for someone to simply fill a chair. We want an advocate who walks into court prepared, thinks three moves ahead, and refuses to settle for anything less than the best possible outcome for the people who trust us with their lives. And because great work doesn't only happen behind a desk, this role runs on a hybrid schedule—splitting your time between our office and working from home.

What You'll Do:

Build smart, winning case strategies and map out every option for resolution
Draft sharp briefs, motions, pleadings, and correspondence that get results
Stand up in court and argue with confidence on behalf of your clients
Guide clients through tough moments by analyzing their needs and charting the right path forward
Keep your practice running smoothly—managing time and billing records, meeting with clients both in person and remotely, and hitting every deadline

What you bring:

Active membership in the Florida Bar in good standing
A minimum of eight years handling criminal cases (former prosecutors and federal case experience welcome)
Strong interpersonal skills and a genuine commitment to client service
The drive to own your caseload with minimal supervision and maximum ownership
The discipline to thrive in a hybrid setup—productive in the office, in court, and working from home
