Description:Kubicki Draper is seeking an experienced Senior Attorney with 8+ years of litigation experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background handling First-Party Property and Premises Liability matters and be comfortable independently managing cases from inception through resolution.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of litigation experience
- Experience handling First-Party Property and/or Premises Liability matters strongly preferred
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Excellent oral advocacy and communication skills
- Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload and meet deadlines
- Manage litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery, and other substantive legal documents
- Conduct legal research and develop case strategy
- Attend hearings, depositions, mediations, and other court proceedings
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Active member of the Florida Bar and in good standing
