What You'll Do:
Manage matters within creditors' rights, which may include foreclosure, bankruptcy, and/or debt collection cases
- Draft, review, and approve legal pleadings and related documents
- Handle hearings, mediations, depositions, and client updates
- Partner with clients to deliver timely and effective legal strategies
- Contribute to special projects and firm initiatives
Position Requirements:
What We're Looking For:
- Juris Doctorate (JD)
- Member in good standing with the state bar (within our listed states)
- Experience in creditors' rights or related practice areas is a plus
- Strong communication, advocacy, and organizational skills
