We are looking for an experienced Pre-Litigation Attorney for our downtown Chicago office. This will be a hybrid position after successfully achieving competency in the role.
Summary:
The Pre-Litigation Attorney supports the mission and goals of Disparti Law Group by representing our clients' best interests through their legal journeys and negotiating the settlements with insurance companies. The Pre-Litigation Attorney strives to maximize case values to ensure each client receives a most favorable award possible for the loss.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Pre-Litigation Attorney is responsible for the direction and guidance of the case management team assigned to the attorney.

Full-time position based in our Chicago office. Hybrid eligibility based on tenure, performance, and business needs. Standard business hours Monday through Friday, normally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. Essential Functions:
- Manage all phases of personal injury cases from intake through settlement, maximizing case value
- Conduct thorough case investigations to determine liability and damages.
- Draft and file legal documents needed in pre-litigation.
- Negotiate the most favorable settlements to maximize case value with insurance companies.
- Provide exceptional client service, keeping clients informed about the progress of their cases.
- Special projects, as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Licensed to practice law in the State of Illinois
- In good standing with the Illinois Bar
- Excellent legal research skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Commitment to exceptional client service
- High integrity; strong work ethic
- Collaborative leadership skills
Education & Experience:
- Juris Doctoral degree from accredited school of law
- Five to ten years of experience with personal injury claims, with a focus on Pre-Litigation
- Legal case management database experience, preferred
