Ballard Spahr LLP, which combined with Lane Powell PC in 2025, is seeking one (1) junior corporate associate (2 – 4 years relevant experience) and one (1) mid-level corporate associate (4 – 6 years relevant experience) to join its busy and growing corporate practice in its Seattle office. Qualified candidates will have experience in corporate governance matters, mergers and acquisitions transactions, and other commercial work. Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials and superior writing and communication skills.Ballard is a nationally recognized, AmLaw 100 law firm with more than 750 lawyers across 19 offices in the United States. Its Business and Transactions Department includes both national and regional corporate practices involving public and private companies and nonprofit organizations in virtually all industries and sectors.
