Description:
Litigation associate for small plaintiff's personal injury firm in Seattle with a focus on auto collisions and premises liability cases. Minimum two years trial experience required. Personal injury is experience preferred. Attorney will be involved in drafting legal pleadings, such as complaints, arbitration and trial briefs; trying cases at arbitration and through trial; defending and taking depositions; drafting settlement demand letters and settlement negotiations. Excellent written and oral communication skills are a must. So are a positive disposition and congenial social skills given the size of our firm. Must be able to work in high tempo practice with a diversity of clients, many of whom speak English as a second language.
