Description:
The Opportunity:Seyfarth Shaw LLP, an international law firm with approximately 1000 attorneys, has an exciting opportunity for a highly qualified Corporate Associate with 3-6 years of transactional experience for a position in its Boston office. You'll be a member of our consistently ranked and nationally recognized Corporate practice group.
You Have:
- 3 to 6 years of corporate transactional experience with commercial finance transactions
- Debt and equity capital markets experience
- The ability to manage transactions, including independent responsibility for documentation
- Top law firm experience preferred
- Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills and verbal and written communication skills
- Candidates must be admitted to the Massachusetts Bar
