Key Responsibilities:

Advise clients on corporate, real estate, and intellectual property matters.
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
Provide strategic business advice to corporate clients.
Manage complex legal matters with a keen focus on risk assessment and mitigation.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to expand legal services.
Collaborate with internal teams to drive business success.

Qualifications:

J.D. from an accredited law school; active bar membership in Georgia.
Proven experience in corporate law, transactional matters, and advising businesses.
Established portable book of business.
Strong negotiation and drafting skills.
Ability to manage multiple clients and provide strategic solutions.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
