Summary:
A Global Law Firm is seeking a Mid-Level Venture & Growth Associate to join our finance department in any of our U.S. offices (Boston, Chicago, New York, San Francisco and San Diego would be preferred locations). Candidates should have 4-5 years of lender-side representation for commercial finance matters. Experience representing banks and/or private credit funds on loans to technology, life sciences and/or middle market companies is preferred. Candidates must be admitted or to the jurisdiction in which applying.

Education:
  • JD

Bar Admission
  • Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction in which you are applying.

Experience:
  • 4 – 5 years of experience.
  • Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 firm and experience.
