Description:
Snell & Wilmer seeks to hire one associate with three to seven years of experience for its Corporate and Securities group, with a particular experience focus in the area of public securities offerings and SEC compliance. Valuable experience in both areas is preferred. Excellent prior training at a top-quality firm or legal department, superior communication and drafting skills, and a strong work ethic are all essential, along with a focus on initiative, attention to detail, and client centric approach. The selected candidate may sit in our California or Phoenix offices. The candidate must be licensed in the jurisdiction in which they will practice.This is a full-time, partnership-track position that is eligible to participate in the firm's benefit plans, including our 401K Profit Sharing and Savings Plan with discretionary employer contribution, and is eligible for consideration for annual discretionary bonuses.
The annual base salary range for candidates placed in California is expected to be $232,000-$310,000, depending on experience.
