Responsibilities:

Handle litigation and judgement enforcement related matters, including managing outside counsel and representing the company in court when necessary
Assist with other legal matters as assigned by the Executives of the Company

Skills:

Full Stack litigation skills including complaint drafting, motion drafting, discovery, trial, etc. and case/proceedings management
Strong knowledge of legal principles and practices
Proficient in conducting legal research using Westlaw, Lexis-Nexis, and other relevant resources
Excellent legal drafting skills with attention to detail
Ability to negotiate effectively and achieve favorable outcomes
Experience in litigating cases before courts or administrative bodies is preferred
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Qualifications:

Admitted to practice law in California is required.
Admitted in NY is a plus but not required.
3 years plus of experience as a practicing attorney with experience in litigations
