Overview:The Wilmington office of A National, General Practice Law Firm, a full-service AmLaw 100 firm, is actively seeking an associate attorney to join its Corporate Litigation Practice.
The ideal candidate will have at least two (2) to seven (7) years of corporate and complex commercial litigation experience, including experience practicing in the Court of Chancery. The candidate should have demonstrated experience in all aspects of litigation, with a focus on corporate matters. They will handle all phases of litigation, including drafting and reviewing pleadings, legal research and analysis, motion practice, and oral advocacy. The candidate must have superior writing skills, strong analytical and research abilities, and excellent communication skills. Admission to the Delaware Bar is required.
