Description:
We are seeking a highly qualified lateral candidate with at least five
years of experience and proficiency in both in-court and out-of-court
restructurings. Ideal candidates should have substantial company-side
experience, as well as a mix of other representations. We represent
private and public companies, boards of directors, management, owners,
creditors, lenders, investors, and acquirors in the full spectrum of
restructuring strategies and transactions, including financial
recapitalizations, business reorganizations, acquisitions, and
liquidations. Our clients span a broad range of industries, including
biotechnology, medical devices, retail, manufacturing, transportation,
energy, health case and financial services. We also counsel on
insolvency and restructuring issues, as well as corporate governance
matters for distressed companies. Key competencies for this role include
excellent drafting, analytical and communication skills and a proven
ability to work as part of a growing and dynamic team. Successful
candidates may sit in Delaware or New York.
